EndoDB™ is a database application for outcome analysis of endovascular procedures. It captures data of endovascular interventions, e.g., Balloon. Angioplasty ± stent application of any vascular bed. Carotid angioplasty, Iliac angioplasty and renal angioplasty are good examples. EndoDB™ also captures data of endoluminal grafting, endovascular interventions of hemodialysis access revisions, atherectomy, and embolization. EndoDB™ captures data and images of invasive and noninvasive vascular imaging studies , saving them within the patient chart. You can review the images of multiple studies in the same screen. As an option, EndoDB™ can support DICOM image format. Patient data is standardized according to the published guidelines of the ad hoc committees of national socities. Data entry is made on a user-friendly interface from smart lookup menus. As an option, data entry can be made via scannable forms. In addition to standard morbidity and mortality reports, EndoDB™ reports the outcome of endovascular procedures including the following : I. Angioplasty ± Stent, Atherectomy and the like: Immediate Results: - Anatomic Outcome
- Hemodynamic Outcome
- Clinical Outcome
Long Term Results: - Anatomic Outcome
- Hemodynamic Outcome
- Clinical Outcome
II. Endoluminal Grafting: - Technical Success Rate
- Clinical Success Rate
- Continued Success Rate
- Detailed List
EndoDB™ has a statistical wizard that can correlate any number of variables to an endpoint and present an instant p value. EndoDB™ has a 'TimePoint Wizard' that enables selecting any number of variables and setting followup intervals to present the prevalence of selected variables over time. For example aneurysm diameter, endoleak by each type, endotension, graft deformation/migration can be selected from the drop down menu. EndoDB™ also has a 'Group Comparison Wizard' that compares two patient groups. For example you can compare patients demography, risk factors distribution, aneurysm morphology, M&M, perioperative death, graft complications and aneurysm related death can be compared in a group of patients who received conventional repair versus those patients who erceived Endoluminal Grafting. The Wizard automatically list the statistical difference between two groups for each variable. |
